🏆 Tracy Rogers – Palliative Care/End of Life Award
Tracy’s selfless dedication to dignified, respectful care—particularly during end-of-life situations—sets her apart. Volunteering for overnight shifts to give families much-needed rest, Tracy’s specialised palliative care training ensures dignity, comfort, and emotional support for clients and their families during challenging times.

Susan’s compassion, caring nature, and unwavering commitment to the care sector make her an invaluable member of the Living at Home team. Her ability to go above and beyond for her clients is a testament to her dedication and the positive impact she has on those she supports.
🏆 Erin Tomlinson-Price & James Foley – Care Innovator Award
Erin and James stood out for their innovative approach to transforming perceptions of social care. By leveraging creative platforms on the Living at Home website, they are driving change and inspiring improvements across the sector.

Joanne’s dedication to person-centred care and her leadership in fostering a collaborative, compassionate team earned her high praise from the judges. It was easy to see why one of her team nominated her for this award—her dedication is unmatched, and she came in at a very close second.”
