Proper medication handling is critical to ensuring that clients receive their medications safely and effectively, preventing errors and adverse reactions.

During the session, Rachel emphasised the importance of the “six rights” of medication administration: the right person, the right medication, the right dose, the right route, the right time, and the right to refuse.
